Mental wellbeing ‘a topic of concern’

Foreign students from several countries are taking a tour through the international landscape of mental health care.

Focus is on necessary theoretical frameworks and practical skills. Therapeutic frameworks, interviewing skills, crisis management, clinical reasoning and acting, self-care as a caregiver,... are examples of group topics discussion.

The classes will be organized digitally or in blended learning. Interaction and exchanging experiences with other international students is a must... because sharing experiences gives us a wider perspective!

Goals

Within the context of internationalization this program intends:

  • To bring an attractive offer for the international (exchange) students in nursing/midwifery as well as for our regular students,
  • To involve lectures as well as students in the dynamic process of internationalization,
