Doelstellingen

6. De PBA in het hotelmanagement levert op creatieve wijze zijn bijdrage aan projecten. Hij houdt rekening met de overkoepelende bedrijfscultuur  en – strategie en de ethische en maatschappelijke vragen en duurzaamheidsaspecten. 

7. De PBA in het hotelmanagement is een teamplayer/teamleader die streeft naar een positief maar kritisch leef- en werkklimaat binnen het team. Daarnaast staat hij voor sociaal engagement met als drijfveer win-win situaties te realiseren voor zowel maatschappij als onderneming.

8. De PBA in het hotelmanagement bouwt aan een netwerk in de hospitalitysector, binnen en buiten de organisatie, in een internationale, interculturele en multidisciplinaire omgeving. 

10. De PBA in het hotelmanagement communiceert mondeling en schriftelijk in het Nederlands en in drie vreemde talen. Hij beheerst het vakjargon van de sector en weet de talen als veelzijdig instrument te gebruiken in het contact met verschillende doelgroepen.

13. Vanuit een bewustzijn van de complexiteit van de snel evoluerende hospitalitysector en de noodzaak van levenslang en levensbreed leren volgt de PBA in het hotelmanagement actuele gebeurtenissen, ontwikkelingen, trends en nieuwe technologieën op de voet. Hij stuurt daarbij het eigen leerproces en reflecteert kritisch

6. The PBA in hotel management contributes creatively to projects. He takes into account the overarching corporate culture and strategy as well as ethical and social questions and sustainability issues. 

7. The PBA in hotel management is a team player/team leader who strives to create a positive but critical living and working environment within the team. In addition, he stands for social commitment with the motivation to realize win-win situations for both society and business.

8. The PBA in hotel management builds a network in the hospitality industry, inside and outside the organization, in an international, intercultural and multidisciplinary environment. 

10. The PBA in hotel management communicates orally and in writing in Dutch and in three foreign languages. He masters the professional jargon of the sector and knows how to use languages as a versatile tool in contact with different target groups.

13. From an awareness of the complexity of the rapidly evolving hospitality sector and the need for lifelong and life-wide learning, the PBA in hotel management closely follows current events, developments, trends and new technologies. In doing so, he directs his own learning process and reflects critically
